Effective 21 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Inklift, a single-player game for iOS that runs entirely on your device. They are short because the game is simple: no accounts, no purchases, no online features.
By downloading or playing Inklift you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to play Inklift for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
Glowbeads, upgrades, skin patterns and medals are earned only by playing. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for anything outside the game, and disappear if the app is deleted or progress is wiped.
Please don't reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or these terms.
Inklift, including its characters, art, music, sound and code, belongs to its developer. Your license lets you play the game; it doesn't transfer ownership of any of it.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, the developer gives no warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from use of the game.
Inklift is a family-friendly game suitable for general audiences.
These terms may change. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date, and continuing to play means you accept it. Inklift is developed by Matthew Maury, and questions about these terms can be sent to inbox@roosterdawn.click.
